Hello everyone!! My name is Bryan and I just bought my first trainer, a Cycleops Mag. I have used it for two days and both times my crotch has gone completely numb, no feeling whatsoever, and I have been having some pain/numbness in my left foot two outside toes:eek:   . I have tried to make some adjustments to the saddle(fizik pave) by leveling it with my TT and I have loosened up my shoe(sidi?? w/candyC's). Nothing seems to work?? Also I have been using the video which came with the trainer, it makes doing a workout so much easier!! I am not up to the level in the video, I skimp on intensity not time. How should I use this video in an excersise schedule. Video one day, recovery ride the next, rotating back and forth. I know my questions are a bit scattered within this mess of a paragraph, but any help would be great!
Thanks,
Bryan

numb boys!!! ouch, that can not be good. anyway, i am no expert, but it comes down to fit. the saddle height needs to be adjusted up and/or down until you find the sweet or non numb boys spot. i am sure others will have more specific tips for you though. later.

na, its the trainer, you never stand up and you spin more on it. Scoot ALL the way back on the saddle, stand more, and dont spin in an easy gear, when you spin, your legs are not mashing and ALL you torso weight is on you main vein down there. Cuts off the blood.

Same here.

i have to stand more often on the trainer since there's no coasting or "time off" the saddle like on the regular road.
