I sold my home. Today we go to closing!!!

Its sad ,but a happy moment. I loved that home but it was way to far from work and great mountain biking. Where I'm living now (town) is really home to me. Bf and I are living in his condo and will look for a house in a year or so.

I'll be saving about $700.00 a month so this is great news to me!!!!!!! :D

That's great Snowy, life sure does has it's twists and turns, you've got to roll with it. The Denver real estate market seems pretty hot, hope you came out well on the deal. Glass of wine to celebrate with you!!

Congrats Snowy! Have you thought about maybe building your own home? If so, I suggest a fireman's pole to get from the 2nd floor to the 1st, an indoor waterfall and a built in ski-jump on the roof. And of course, a gigantic aquarium with dolphins.

How about an indoor bike circuit that runs around the inside of the house for those "Snowy" days?

Congrats Snowy! It's one less thing reminding you of the bad memories, and that's a good thing. There are like five houses for sale on my street if yer interested ;)

Sweet and Iwant all areas to be accessible via a long aqueduct that one can swim through.
