Got back from a spirited ride on my 2006 HR Sport today,and while cleaning it up, a piece of the bike's paint fell off. What makes this different than other chips I have in the paint is that a black layer above the raw aluminum also fell off, so you can see straight through to the base alumnium. Is this a problem? When I get other paint chips, I just put a thin layer of superglue over it. Will the same work here?
