I'm thinking about upgrading an old used tandem to a threadless headset. I have a like-new rigid chromoly MTB fork (from a 1995 Stumpjumper). Is this tough enough for tandem duty?

I think it has a little shorter rake to it than the stock fork, but I haven't measured.

Thanks!
