Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I posted some help questions awhile ago about a treadmill test I had to take to return to work. Well, I failed that test because my HR went too high in the 3 minutes I was running. My employer, sent me to their own Dr. to get re-assessed for my return to light duty. He asked me a few questions about my cardiac history, (none) and he said the test I took was crap and wrote me a note to return to work which my employer would not accept. So my empoyer sent me for a stress test today which I passed with flying colors. Cardiologists looked at my charts and asked, "why are you here"? So its back onto the mean streets tomorrow night. Bad guys beware, Ive got 4 months of making up to do :)
Cool! :) I won't say welcome back to the workforce because I'm a SAHD. Now can you get them to fix the "detour" route in North Elgin near the riverboat? :D

SAHD??? That some type of truck driver I'm guessing?
Plus I dont work for Elgin PD, so nothing I can do about that detour sorry. Save the money you would spend at the boat and buy another bike:D
