As a teacher, I'm off for the Summer and figured I'd advertise my wheel building services right about now. I've built and trued many wheels before, and all of them have withstood harsh conditions without going out of true for years. I will keep my usual guarantee and retrue any wheel that goes out of true within one year. Since this is mostly a hobby of mine, I'm only charging $20 labor per wheel.
Special deal: I have an old set of Ultegra 8spd 32h Hubs in excellent shape, as well as 3 mismatched 32h tubular rims. If you want any of these parts built up into a wheelset, you'll save big!
I also have a tubular (sew-up) wheelset I built for my brother about 10 years ago. 28 spoke 2 cross, Dura Ace 8spd hubs, Mavic GEL280 rims. Vittoria Corsa CG and Pro L tires have tread but are old. Make me an offer.
