Recumbent - Sandals for Recumbent Cycling

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
If you are a laid back recumbent cyclist, you are probably giving your toes a chance to self actualize in the sun.
These are my favorites sandals (http://ebent.wordpress.com/2006/06/29/hot-buy-recumbent-bicycling-sandal-update/). I have tried Shimano and Lake sandals but these are my favorites. But I am still searching for the best sandal, if you have a pair that you like please let me know.
Enjoy the Ride .... Roland

While I liked the Lakes fine, I like Shimano a bit better (if I had wide feet, the Lakes would fit better). I had tried Power Grips once (referred to on your link) and didn't like them at all. I prefer complete toe and foot freedom and Power Grips limit that--substantially, I thought. SPD and sandals for me--year 'round. I'm a triker, by the way.
