I had my aqua rack on for one ride and by the time I was almost home, both cages were loose. I took it off to get a closer look at what might be the issue and I determined that the bolts that were loose were not exposed so I couldn't tighten what was loose. The bracket that is mounted onto the seat post is shaped into a v, each end attaching to the bracket that holds the cages. The bracket that holds the cages is what's loose and there is no screw to get at to tighten it. Anyone else run into this before?
