Foo - First there were deep fried Twinkies.....

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

So this was on the front page of a newspaper in Washington State. There's an independant burger joint that came up with the idea of using a Krispy Kreme donut as a bun for a bacon cheese burger. Maybe they could coat it in onion ring batter and deep fry it?
So when I make jokes about chicken fat smoothies, I'm not far off, am I?
Isn't there some kind of limit?

Not bad. A King size double cheeseburger combo at BK is 1800 calories and $5.

I'm waiting for the day they put out a burger on an "onion ring bun" (when a bunch of onion rings are battered as a single piece and deep-fried...hard to do), made out of deep fried pork, with bacon, cheese, and collard greens.
We can call it the "coronary conundrum" ....when shall the arteries go pop....nobody knows...

If anyone in this country ever wonders why there are so many obese people, they are probably missing a chromosone.

True...people need to go outside and burn off those deep fried snickers ars.
I've learned how to eat fast food and still lose weight. It's called 2-3 hour bike rides everyday.

Even if you still stay thin, eating fast food all the time is so bad for you! There is almost no nutrition that you can derive from it. It's good that you excersise the junk off, but people really need to take a closer look at their diets. The eating habits we form now can last us a whole lifetime and the food we eat will end up taking its toll on our bodies. My suggestion is to form good eating habits while you are young so you can continue to live an active, healthy lifestyle when you are older. :)

Good point. To get truely fat one has to work both ends, eat lots exercise little. As long as energy in is less than or equal to energy out you still don't put on weight.

Getting older doesn't help, either...

I constantly make mention of this experience in the nutrition forum- when I was in phoenix, and I road around 300 miles of trail in a 3 week period. I ate tons of garbage, and I ended up losing around 10 lbs. I mean breakfast before the ride I had oatmeal and bannanas. But after I got back it was all downhill :D
