Hi, i am presently building up a new bike for Dj/street/park and I would like to know what pieces I need to change to make it a SS bike. I don't know wich Crankset to choose and neither wich ***** (little wheel with spike at the back loll). is there other thing that I should consider?

What type of drops are on the frame?

Here is a good resource http://sheldonbrown.com/singlespeed.html

Use any crank. just pull off the granny and big ring. For the tension thingy, you can use an old derailleur or shell out cash for a "real" chain tensioning device. The rear wheel - just get a conversion kit from Misfit (http://www.misfitpsycles.com/catalog/). They're Canadian...

Yuuuup. Can't say enough about misfit. I got the conversion a couple of weeks back and not only was it cheap it works. Charles, I think that's his name, is a great guy and more than willing to help.
