just wondering waht are your favourite bikes. right now mine is the 2005 Klein Attitude XX disc. love that bike, got to lift it after one of my races as it was on display and i was astounded by how unbeleivably light it was. nearly as light as a decent road bike.

Everyone is going to say their own bike is their favourite, unless they really hate it.

Bulish, do you know how much a "decent" road bike weighs? 16 lbs(give or take), your bike has to at least weigh 24 lbs. Last time I checked 6 lbs different at a bike that weighs 24 lbs is 1/4 of the total weight, that doesn't qualify as "nearly".

i dont have a Klein lol, i was just saying its my favourite bike. decent road bikes are not 16 pounds, thats closer to top of the line, a decent road bike is about 20 pounds. i'm saying the scott was around 23-24 yes, still very light for a mountain bike.

Actually I would say a "decent" weight roadie is 16 - 17 pounds. Twenty pounds is pretty heavy for a roadie. As for what is "very light" for a mountain bike I would say that would be around the 20 - 21 pound mark. For a full suspension 24 pounds is very respectable.

Now, with that said I would say my favorite mountain bike is a Fat Chance "Yo Eddy". My second favorite is an Ellsworth Truth. Next would be an Ellsworth Enlightenment.

My favorite bike is the Transition Trail or Park But I can't have it ... I don't have the money.
I am planning on getting the frame and build the bike by myself.
