I have spent the last two days going through this forum as well as Googling and have not come up with any leads on my Bianchi Model name or year.

So..I am throwing in the towel and respectably asking for any help that you can provide.

It is a Celeste Green Bianchi w/ serial number 8M 5693. The Nuovo Record rear shows "patent 73".
I would have thought late 70's or early 80's if not for the Modelo brakes which are kind of a gunmetal color and simply appear to be of a newer style.(They are original equipment). The downtube is marked Tre Tubi Rinforzati Formula Two and also sports a decal that says made in Italy. The Bianchi logo consists of Navy Letters with red highlights. It has a celeste green Selle Saddle. Suntour 6 speed cassete and a crank that I cannot identify other that a stamp that reads HT 170 Made in France" The wheel set is a Durex Ambrosia 19 Elite Extra.

Any info that you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks

Pictures of details really help. Lugs, BB, fork crown, etc. Components pics don't always do much good as they could be not part of the original bike. I would say the NR RD would fit that scenario. If the cassette is original to the bike, I believe that pushes it into the late 80s. But again...original? How do you know the Modolo brakes are original? The tubing description also, I believe, puts it in the late 80s, but then I am not the last authority on frame tubing.

The tubing decal is late 1980s, so it should be 1988 or 1989, based on the serial number. The Modolo brakes and Ambrosio rims certainly match the era. As suggested by CV-6, the NR rear derailleur would appear to be a replacement. Everything points towards a mid range model, but to narrow it down further will require pics or a more detailed description.
