That's ... scary.
Only 4? Where are the dreamers of this world?
not much worse than the "Enormous Omlette Sandwich" on the breakfast menu... 740 calories, 46 g fat and 1950 mg of sodium...

sounds tasty.
This reminds me of the QUAD...I made when I worked at wendy's.... two "half pound patties" (each were two 1/4lb patties pressed together), triple bacon, and two layers of cheese sauce.
I was only alowed to make that once...it was sooo good too :(

I had enormous omelet sandwich last year. It's surprisingly bad. For a sandwich with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese, it tasted pretty bland.
FYI: I was almost 50 pounds heavier last year.

4 patties sounds like a good start for a meal assuming they're bigger than big mac patties. Besides, it's only unhealthy if you eat it, so can only claim so much blame against Burger King if you die from it.
Personally, I've stopped eating at Burger King because their commercials are so creepy. Swedish girls on swings eating ranch out of 5 gallon buckets? I'm worried whatever crack their marketing department is on might somehow be contagious.
Stopped at a place called Kongs on my way through Nebraska. I settled for the Double Kong, which had two half pound patties. A couple of my friends actually got the King Kongs, which had four. Two pounds of ground beef in a single sitting is a good dose of protein to prepare for a race.

Man....those jr patties are only 1/8th pound...gotta admit though...the jr bacon cheeseburger is pretty darn tasty.
I wonder how many calories in one of these...

looks like 56 patties, 95 calories each = 5320. 8 buns, around 73 calories each = 584. since it would take 28 "regular" Big Macs to supply the patties, i'm going to assume near-complete utilization of those sandwiches cheese and sauce at 150 calories per sandwich = 4200.
so, around 10,000 calories or so.

What's the difference between a 4 stack of patties and some pig eating 4 separate Whoppers?
Oh yeah, the stacker is more Atkins friendly.... less carbs from bread.
BTW, I love BK, but that King in the commercial is CREEPY.
