I expect it to go the way of the Kirk Precision die-cast magnesium frame and for a better reason, air drag.

Space frame designs are nothing new. The Moulton (http://www.alexmoulton.co.uk/)folder/takedown bike is a high performance machine with several speed records and many world tours to its credit.

Good point!
The one photo is a little sketchy. I started looking for things like how the front derailleur is attached and shift cable routing. I couldn't find any which leads me to suspect it might be the product of some photo shop work.
