SO I would have hit him head on. WE were both coming around a cruve. I could tell by the look on his face he blamed me for this. HE pulled his bike onto the ditch you could also tell the bumpie ground was hurting.

He may very well have thought you were at fault do to how his parents teaching him to ride that way.

5.1% The bicyclist exited a driveway in front of an on-coming vehicle.
4.3% The bicyclist turned left in front of a passing vehicle.
3.9% The motorist was overtaking the bicyclist, cause of the accident unclear.
2.7% The bicyclist was struck while traveling on the wrong (left) side of the road.

Its illegal anyway you look at it. You were wrong. Not only is it wrong, its one of the highest rated forms of bicycle deaths. Notice all but number 3 can clearly be avoided by the cyclist in most circumstances.

Uhh.. okay? Its your life. I may do a lot of stupid things with mine, but I'm not going to play chicken with cars (not considering its highly illegal in Oklahoma, where I live). If your were casually riding around town thats one thing, but when you start getting hills and curves, its lunacy to try stuff like that.

Hes one of those dangerous sorts. I can see some new cyclists who doesnt know the rules/laws regarding wrong way cycling. They come search see his comments on how its against the law to cycle with the flow or some other non sense leave go get killed or hit or ticketed

Be that as it may, I'm sure penguin is laughing his arse off. Being that everytime he mentions this everyone goes off the deep end. :p
