Hello from Ontario, Hello saturn, hello wethepeople.
I've been biking all my life- since my tricycle at age 3, I bike onroad offroad, everywhere! I'm going to the smokey mountains for vacation on thursday, any good riding there?

didnt take me long to find you!!

come on over the mountain biking section... i'll probably not be there though.... i only go there when i need to. MRCC is my home, because i get to know people and topics come and go a little slower. This forum is a little more professional and little more fast paced. And very divided. I probably have seen most of the mrcc members that still go on while here, the roadies rarely ever go to the mountain biking section and us mountain bikers dont really like the recumbant section. Some sections are slightly interlinked like the mtb and bmx sectins but usually, you wanna stay in your section....

Did you do a upgrade "air assist" to some exr forks a while back.? If so can you advise me on what you bought in parts as I want to do the same to my EXR PRO forks oil filled coils only.thanks
