I think it is obvious he has a sense of humor about himself. If you watch the end where it is about getting out of the car, it is hilarious.

BTW- you MUST read the reviews (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000070S1/qid=1152097199/sr=1-7/ref=sr_1_7/104-4145971-5371145?s=music&v=glance&n=5174) on Amazon.com... they are something of an internet meme.

Great video clip but was filmed on Swanston Street in Melbourne.
