An oldy but a goody that always catches my attention in the peleton-
Also one of my favorites, but isn't quite as noticeable in the peleton
The Credit Agricole green is pretty darn noticeable too!

Lampre also stands out. And of course Euskatel.

Most distinctive in the peloton- Lampre or Euskatel or Phonak (Also the 3 ugliest IMO)
Classiest kits- the two that you posted
For me, the one that stands out the most is T-Mobile's amazing pink, uh...fuschia, uh...magenta.

Don't like the white....
Don't like the team that has yellow....close to being a banned isn't it? No yellow the rule?

Gerolsteiner is pretty classy. Most are disgusting (In my preofessional opinion as a sort of 'ex' graphic designer).

If yellow is band then they need to tell this team!
I love the first one you posted. The white is really nice.
T-Mobile. I love the magenta (pink :D ).

Agritubel's neon green. Strange sport for a feed trough company to sponser, but it is France.

Rabobank is by far the easiest to spot.
FDJ and Quick Step are the best looking though.
"Most distinctive" means the one easiest to spot, to which I can testify since I've been watching the Tour on a 25 year old 11" portable. (Both decent TVs went out last week. (huh??) ) Identification depends a lot on camera angle, but here's an average weighted toward overhead shots, in order:
Euskatel
T-Mobile
Liquigas
Saunier Duval (once you figure out that the malliot jaune is darker)
Gerolsteiner (tie)
Rabobank (tie)
Davitamon Lotto
Credit Agricole (if the TV color is adjusted correctly)
Quikstep
CSC
Phonak
all the rest
The Disco jerseys have to be the hardest to identify from a distance. Biggest change from Postal as far as I'm concerned.

Too much freaking light blue / blue in the peloton! Disco, Quickstep, Gerolsteiner, Bouyges Telecom, Milram, Ag2R and Lampre (though they have a bit of flair with the pink). Geez, c'mon with something fresh.
I dig the FdJ tops, but they got to nix the white bibs....
As for Saunier Duval, didn't they actually change their kits to make the white section larger last year to distinguish from the yellow jersey? And didn't the old ONCE team trade their yellow in for pink during the TdF out for deference to the leader?

I think the green of Credit Agricoe really sticks out in the maze of other colors. Maybe because it is a little more of a solid color.. I think favorite kit for design is AG 2 R. We might go up to Bezier to see the tour. Let you know later after we see it first hand.

Caisse d'Espargne's Black is great, I love black uni's thats why I had some made for our training race series.
In fact when i first saw them in an earlier race on OLN, I was like "is that paul?"
If yellow is band then they need to tell this team!
Should be pink or blue a la Mercatone Uno/ONCE. Impossible to discern from the maillot jaune from helicopter shots.

Caisse d'Espargne and csc are the best looking, easiest to spot is:
Euskatel from the side or front
Disco(or team leader) from the top with the bright yellow/green/alien puke numbers
SD blends in with the mellow johnny
CA blends withthe sprints jersey
FDJ with the rookie jersey
Now the polka dot stands all on its own

I really like the Champion of France jersey worn by Florent Brard.

I like the fact that he doesn't have matching bibs for the jersey. Most riders get a bit overkill matching the champion jersey to bibs, bike, helmet, shoes, shades. It looks so much more classy when they just pair the jersey with the regular kit.
Who started that trend of full-on champion kits, or full-on Yellow/Green/KOM Jersey kits? Was it Cipo?

I like the Australian champs jersey.
For some reason I like "leaky gas" too
considering buying a davitamon lotto jersey. I dig Chris Horner and many of his teammates.
