hey all.Today i was tryin some 180s that was the trick i never learnt yet. anywayz i always seem to land sideways. Anyone have tips to land the 180? And yes i turn my head when i takeoff. And maybe the fact that im goofy footed is whats messin me up? i ride left foot forward and turn to the right.

That's kind of weird with the goofy footing and all. How long have you been riding? I don't think it's that hard of a trick although I still can not land it perfectly. Try it on a slight upward slope so you can 180 and not have to worry about going fakie and you can go at a pretty fast speed, you won't have to worry about falling backwords and can just ride out. Although this sounds stupid, just keep practicing and you will get farther and farther around. Worry about the spin more than the height of your bunnyhop.

I've been riding a little more than 2 months and I almost have those 180s down pat. Just keep trying and you'll get it.

You have to lift your back end by tilting your feet down a bit and lifting up.

I'm not very good at 180's. I can rollback and even half cab out sometimes but not 180 to fakie. When I go fast enough to roll out I always seem to get off balance, but I can do it at almost a standstill.

Depending on who you are, you can be two of those at the same time.

True If I didn't run pegs I would be Right foot foward. But since i do run pegs and grind on my left side I'm **** footed.

Lol the way i ride right now is **** footed.i can grind either way now but i prefer running pegs on the right since my drivetrain is on the left it doesnt madder to me what way i grind. one day i might run pegs on the rights(Street ridin) one day they go on the left (Park) i juss rides what ever way i feel like it.

Chumps. Thats all I have to say....
This isnt skateboarding, its bike riding.
Whatever your lead foot (commonly known as your choco foot) left of right, you can spin- dosent matter. You want to spin in the direction of your choco foot.

Left foot, explode all your energy to your left.
Right foot, same thing.

As you progress you will eventually be able to spin in either direction, no matter what foot you have foward. I am left footed, I can spin both directions, no matter what foot I have foward.

no, you should just spin in the direction thats more comfortable

Same here, i dont know what there talking about.

Plenty of good riders ride left foot forward, Mike Aitken, Ryan Nyquist enough said.

That's normal. B1tch spin with the left foot forward would be counter-clockwise/to the left.
