Don't you think they should show the whole awards ceremony? I'd like to see the KOM, green, and white jerseys as well as the maille jaune. Furthermore, to make the TDF more Superbowl-like, why don't they do features on who the podium girls are? Every time George Hincapie gets up on the podium, my wife says "No, George, don't do it again!"

me like podium girls!....infact, the whole TDF could be vastly improved if podium girls did the actual racing in wet T-shirts & wrestled in jelly for the leaders jersey!......instead of jerseys for KOM & sprint king, we could have jerseys for 'best breast implants' or 'most likely to wear a G'........(sigh)....roll on the Le tour into the mountains, this is getting distracting!

There have been some benefits for them though. They marry riders (Richard Virenque, for example), and have trysts under the grandstands with riders occasionally (anyone remember which rider that was?).
