So dare i ask is anyone here also a drumcorp jukie this time a year?

I kind of have my doubts about this forum since its quite a culture clash with the whole cyling scene round july. Drumcorp has actually topped cycling as my number one interest lately, in plan on marching in the Division 2 Oregon Crusaders next years.

Like i said this is probably a lost cuase on a cycling forum so don't feel bad if you have never heard of drumcorp.

(**prepares to go on drumlines.org and ask if they're watching Le Tour De France **)

Not really DCI, but I sure regret no going for Fantasia in the past. :(
PC offered my friend a free ride out of high school, but who wants to march PC when BD and the Cadets are around? Which I suppose is especially obvious once he was offered scholarships to nice universities later on.

Heh, this was like ~6 years ago, when PC was just starting. But as for Division I, as long as you march well, you should be able to make it. Quite a few of them had some so-so players, but they were all great marchers. Besides, getting used to try outs is worth it.

I have followed Drum and Bugle Corpss for years and years. I've never participated in them, I have only been a spectator. Beautiful music when presented within a good acutic stadium! Love it. We traveled down to Orlando a couple years ago just for the World Championships! Fantastic!

I went to the DCI finals when they were at Camp Randal in Madison back in the mid- late-80s. I can't watch them now, because my wife dated a guy who marched in Phantom Regiment, so she's sick of Corps stuff.

(edit: by "went to" I mean "went to watch" not "performed at")
