http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2006/06/060623101220.htm wouldn't expect it.. dosen't seem to be all that more benefitual than anything else though.. What do you make of it?

I bet their funding comes from some organization representing the cherry industry.There is no such thing as a super food that will make one better. The best thing to do is get some education on basic nutrition. Suggest, if your interested is in the athletic performance aspects, you check out Food for Fitness by Chris Carmichael. It's pretty much how Discovery/US Postal eats.

Then there's the USDA's free download of the 2005 nutrition guidelines. The most complete and profound though is the "China Study". You'll find a review of that here, down below some where under "Ultimate Nutrition".

Al You're probably correct.. Who knows though, they say prune juice clears the kidneys, so why can't cherry juice boost muscle growth and energy? Heh, I'm not all that technical when it comes to health..
