General Cycling Discussion - bike after surgery
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I need a small, lightweight, LOW step thru bike, due to surgery. The Trek Navigator is great, but I need an even lower step thru, any suggestions? Thanks

My GF just got an Electra Townie and loves it.
It's not exactly light weight but it does have a low step-through and it's very comfortable to ride.
In fact I got the men's version for myself. You just can't ride it without smiling.
Thanks, I actually saw a townie today, it looks like a great bike. They will need to order my size. The bike shop also said Specialized is coming out with a great bike that I might like.:)
