i took some links out and that seemed to solve the problem until now!!! i had another look at the deraileur and it all seemed fine until i noticed that some of the teeth are BENT!!! how could this of happened??? is it serious???

Please give me some advice!!!!!

Index-compatible cogs have teeth that sit at various angles. Even pokey knows that....
