Any suggestions on good racing wheels for an intermediate female cyclist?

I was looking into getting some Rolf Vector Pro barely used wheels on ebay. . .but wasn't sure if that was the best fit for me. . .and what would you be willing to pay for these type of wheels?

Just replaced a set of Rolf Vector Comps. The rear hub flange failed at 4300 miles. These wheels are no longer available. They were made by Rolf and sold mostly to Trek. Trek replaced Rolf with Bontrager. In short if you have a problem with them it will be difficult to get them repaired or replaced, unless Trek will replace them under warrenty. For my money I would stay clear of these!

Try to buy something new and from an authorized dealer.

Why? Many of these type of wheels tend to fail and usually covered under warranty. But buying used will not carry warranty.

Which wheels? Depends on your budget.

For high end I find the Spinergy to be the best value out there.
