As we speak, there's a large "Trek Cycles" trailer parked across the street from my place in Woodland Hills, CA. It's even got Wisconson plates. Do you think they're here to give me a free Madone??????

BP,

Are you certain it is only marked "TREK?" It might be the Team Discovery Bike Trailer that intentionally got lost on the first rest day of the Tour de France. After Saturday's and Sunday's dismal results, who knows, you might be able to pick up George H's Trek for nothing at all! Time for you to go dumpster diving.

Ah, you got to tell us what you find out upon some investigation.

Did you get one yet? The Trek truck was in my neighborhood last Thursday and everyone here got a free Madrone. My next-door neighbor even scored one for her dog, Fifi. Garbage day is Wednesday and I expect to see a number left out for pickup--not a lot of roadies here--I think I'll try to pick up a few.

Unfortunately, I was in the back yard at the time and didn't hear the doorbell...

They asked for directions back to "Ahr-e-gone," so you may still be in the hunt!

Look at what happens when you try to work with Aussies and you keep their time zone. BP, you better be careful the next time you go for a ride. You might find yourself of Stapfam's side of the road and have a head-on collision with DeeGee!
