Went for a ride today and it felt so so good. Been out for a couple weeks due to shoulder injury from squash. I've been allowed to tide but it hurt too much, even today it hurt quite a bit, but i guess when mucle rips off bone it never feels good.
Well it had been raining and the track had a nice layer of mud on the top, this makes for some fun. When you get me and wannabe Cedric out together we push each other as hard as we can until someone gets hurt. Unfortuantely that someones was my chaindevice and a tree.

And here is the damage after 10 mins of bashing the plate with a rock

I got it so that only the bolt head of the roller was just touching the tyre, so pedaling was hard and my bike sounded liek a moto, but I couls still ride.

and by this stage my bike was sounding like a moto so I thought...... a moto whip was suiting, pic a bit late as I was bringing it back in
