Well I was looking for a while and this bike is just perfect! First bike since I was 13, too. :D I know it's a good manufacturer, but I don't know exactly if this is high end Colnago or low end Colnago, as well as the Campy parts. It's missing the front derailer which I'll probably make super record to match the rear. The rest says Gran Sport or G.S. Looks alright to me, but I don't know. You can see for yourself:

I'm trying to get this appraised for my Kryptonite lock warantee, but the first place I went to said "priceless" because they didn't really know and wouldn't put it on paper. The second place I went to a bunch of young guys took a look at it and debated in the back a bit and then said $300-$400. Sheldon Brown's site puts it at higher, so I don't know what to think (here (http://sheldonbrown.com/vrbn-a-f.html#colnago)). It's in beautiful shape as you can see. Anyone in Minnesota have an idea where I can get it appraised? Or can anyone who has/works at a shop that's an authorized Colnago dealer sign an appraisal and fax it to me? Anything would be helpful.
I'm not sure what else to say. I guess just take a look at it and see what you think. It rides great but I had to use a different back tire cause it won't take air. The front holds air long enough to ride it quick, but it deflated by the time I got home. The thing that you put the pump on to inflate the tire is weird... do I need a special pump? ALso the rims say "Gentleman"... Are they any good? Pics of the rims and the air thing are the last two 698 and 699.
Thanks a lot,
Kyle
