PC software. You have a soundcard and speakers. I'm appending the email. I just tried it on my S210. Cool! I had no idea my HRM had this capability. Sure beats punching all those buttons. It's a small program... didn't take long to download over my modem.

It is now possible for you to create, update and transfer certain data directly from your PC to your Polar Heart Rate Monitor via audio transmission by using the Polar UpLink Tool Software. All you need is a sound card (Sound Blaster compatible) for your PC and dynamic loudspeakers or earphones.
You can transfer data such as the basic settings, ready made exercise set(s) and your own logos. Some of our Heart Rate Monitor models can also receive bike information and reminders.
