Training & Nutrition - Mutlivitamin and heart rate suggestions? yes, 2 questions in one

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just wondering for overall health which multivitamin should I take. Something not crazy expensive, and someone that promotes general health. I'm currently taking calcium and vitamin e pills. I'm asking which brand btw, I don't need any mumbo jumbo about taking vitamins vs getting nutrition from fresh veggies.
Also, I was hoping for some reviews/feedback on the polar s150 and the F6.
Good heart rate monitor for a beginner?
I take the Whole Foods' brand multivitamin. Just find one that doesn't have like 1000% of vitamins in them.
The S150 has many more features than the F6. Problem with the F6, no lap/split timer.
You should get the S150. You're a beginner, but it has features available should you decide to use them later. These things have been on sale for almost a year now at, for example, Performance.

Centrum chewables because I hate swallowing pills. Basically anything that doesn't have more than 100%, especially of the fat soluble vitamins(Vit. E for example). It either just gets peed out or accumulates in toxic levels in your adipose. Just a waste of money.

CVS weight smart. It has 100% vitamin k. Most other multivitamins seem to be very low on this.
