yeah, I was checking this out last night. I come in here most days for a look

I knew it!! You're Tom Boonen. :)
I do seem to have a sad obsession with wanting to look like him huh.

I like to run my headphone cord through my top so it doesn't get caught on anything. And good to see you've joined the "white shoes" club. :)
Thank you!!! My new sidis are so nice!!! Oh and I realise now that on Sunday when I rode right by a bunch around Rosebud that they must of laughed their heads off at me. At the time I thought they looked like a bunch of poofs all wearing exactly the same kit - all 25 (or so) of them!! But now i realise me with my white shoes, tryhard world champ top and ipod flaying around everywhere - they must of laughed so hard!!! :o Lucky I had the music up loud so I couldnt hear the abuse!! :p

I was about guess that you were Daniel Wulf, but he's apparently still palying for Swan Districts
Woofie? hes alright, ex stringrays boy.

seen it all now.

Swimming at MSAC in my lunch break....some 18-stone dude with i-Pod strapped to flabby arm and obviously waterproof headphones.

public pools scare the hell out of me. i remember as a kid in primary school going to the local pool with school for lessons and one of my mates at the time did a bog in the pool!!!!!!!!!! Suffice to say he never did recover from that day...he copped **** (pardon the pun) for the rest of his days....

Ah public pools, I always think of that South Park episode - "oh no first graders!"

Or the pool scene from Caddyshack. One of my personal favourites.

I brought a pair of Sidi Zetas. Nice shoes, better than my Shimanos, which are ok in any case.

You can get away with wearing a trade team jersey. You might just get away with wearing a non-Aussie national champs jersey or national reps jersey. You might even be able to get away with wearing a Tour or Giro points leaders jersey, but you can never, under any circumstances, get away with wearing a yellow jersey or a rainbow jersey. Massive faux pas.:p It's like wearing a copy of a Brownlow medal down to the pub.

LOL. Was talking to a bloke the other day who swears a good mate of his knows the Thorpe family really well. He told me to bet my house on it!

BTW, unless you are world champ aren't white Sidis and rainbow jersies a bit 'la-di-da'?;)

Nah, don't do that. I reckon you should join Carnegie club and front up for the races at Sandown or Glenview Crescent wearing the rainbow jersey. Should be good for a giggle. You may even learn some new swear words or terms of abuse.:D
