Anybody have any links to some good (free) duathlon training plans?
Unfortunately, I don't think that there are many (if any) out there. Everyone is so different in their training and times to work out it makes it difficult to come up with a training plan that "works for you". That being said, I would recommend looking at Brick workouts for your hard days. The thing to remember is if you have a schedule of easy, medium, hard and LSD (Long, Slow Distance), is to stick with them and listen to your body. If your body can not keep up with your schedule that you plan for yourself, then change your schedule accordingly. The ones that I always had a difficult time with was the "easy" workouts. Problem is... they are the most important workouts. If you'd like I can post some workouts here, but again everyone is different. I hope that helps out.

howdy,
I found this link recently: http://www.racingunderground.com/training.html
I haven't really had a chance to look carefully at it.
