I ordered 2 of the Downtube bikes with the 8 speed hub yesterday and am trying to check on the status. I never received an email or anything confirming the order but the web site did show the order under my account. I am anxious to get the bikes but I can not access the site to check the status. I get a DNS error message. Anyone else having problems with the site?

Tom,

Your bikes are being shipped today. We have had some tech issues the last two days.....seems like my main email account is having problems today.

I think you will get the bikes Monday.

Great news and customer service. I also emailed your personnal account so what you say above explains what is going on. I am looking forward to getting the bikes. Will I recevie a tracking number?

email me in 2 hours fro the tracking #.....I don't want to post here. The problem is my web host's DNS server crashed, when it is back up I wil respond to emails.
