Touring - Ever break a spoke on the front wheel?

Almost every tour journal that I have read (of cross-country tours) has had reports of broken spokes. They are pretty much always on the rear wheel.

As I get ready to leave in a few weeks I am getting a new rear wheel for my bike (since I have heard reports of the fuji/windsor having a bad rear wheel). I am wondering if I should replace the front wheel as well. I want to be safe, but the more I think about it, I have never read a report of a front wheel breaking a spoke.

So, have you ever broke a spoke up front? Any fuji touring people out there care to comment?

It's a pretty rare occurance as is breaking a spoke on the non-drive side of the rear wheel. The front wheel is stronger because the wheels are symmetrical. I've only broken 2 spokes on a front wheel that I can think of in 25+ years of riding, 25 bikes and about 100 wheels. You might want to check the tension on the front spokes but don't worry too much about it. Like children, it takes a lot to mess up a front wheel:)
