Does such a thing exist? Purely a vanity move, but I don't want to attempt to convert to 700c just for tire color (at least not yet :) ). If you know of anything, help would be great. Thanks.

Nashbar sold some nice Vittoria 77 x 1 & 1/8" tires a few years ago that came in Bianchi Celeste green color. I bought a set and mounted them on my wife's Puch Pacifica that she never rides. They look kewl :) .
