I've posted the 2006 New England HPV Rally webpage at www.velomobiles.net - please follow the link from the News section. on the New England HPV events page are a couple other regional events with HPV content.
Also, I've added some thoughts to the intro page there (click on the Earth icon) and would be interested to hear impressions.
