The XC8 8 hour returns to Buffalo Pound Provincial Park just north of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan again for 2006. This year’s race will be held August 26th. The race is presented by Blocks Cycle out of Regina and Norco Performance bikes. Blocks and Norco will be supplying over $1000 in prizes and Norco will have factory representatives and bikes out!
Race solo, with male and female categories, or on open teams of 2 or 4. There will be music, food and fun for team competitors who aren’t out riding as well as for spectators and support people.
The fabulous course from 2005 will be expanded with more singletrack, both uphill and down, added. Expect longer lap times are more challenging riding, oh yeah, and more climbing!
