Fifty Plus (50+) - Trek 7300

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Does anybody know what the longest trip on a Trek7300 was ? Thanks George

I imagine as far as you want to go. Seriously. Years ago in the late 70's when touring was cool, a couple of laid back friends toured across the country on a couple of Schwinn Varsity equivalent knock-offs. A few mech problems but always fixable. Gray-haired now, they still sit in lawn chairs and tell stories about it.
George, many vistas stretch before you and the Trek...as far as your imagination and your ever strengthening legs will carry you.

Some on this forum will remember the time I rode from San Diego to the Panama Canal and back (and all in one day!) on a Trek 3900 MTB. :D Your 7300 is a fine bike and will carry you far!

Poor, delirious cold sufferer. Must be a fever dream. Or maybe he's got the hots for one of those Craigslist cuties again.
