That is where I'm moving, and where my heart is, but I have lived in South Philly for years and years. Trust me, the Mummers are the wrong kind of queer. ;) :p (as in mixed up, rather than gay, trans, etc)

Well, the Sprockettes are a fantastic group of bikey women who have absolutely nothing in common with homophobes in South Philly. I don't think their website photos do them justice. Their performances are energetic and fun. They clearly plan and practice extensively beforehand. No bicycle-related event in Portland is complete without them performing. I can't think of anything else that has brought bicycle commuters, mountain bikers, roadies, tallbikers, smallbikers, chopper bikers, Zoobombers, urban/utility cyclists, bike messengers, local public & political figures who are cyclists, families with their kids in trailers and on trail-a-bikes, and recreational weekend riders together at a single event where everyone ends up having fun, smiling, dancing, and feeling lighthearted.

It doesn't matter whether you're kidding or not. Presumably you're too immature to realise that.
