General Cycling Discussion - Making the world go round

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I am advancing a new scientific theory:
Cyclists, pedalling simultaneously worldwide, are actually causing the world to spin on it's axis. If they stopped, our planet would come to a grinding halt.
Imagine: always night (or day,) freezing cold (or burning up.) Yikes!
Cyclists really do make the world go around. Think about it (this one might hit you about 3:00 in the morning.)

I had better get on my bike! That must be why the day seems to go so slow when I am not biking. It is a good thing I am off work in 1/2 hour...I will then be pulling my own weight.

Ahh, but only riders who head east make the world go round, the guys riding west are just freeriding on our work :)

I should get on my bike then. I'm on vacation this week and I haven't been on my bike since Saturday (it is now Wednesday).

It was raining to hard for the Wednesday night ride with the Sumter Chaingang, so I am feeling deprived right now.
