According to Velonews 'Official' Guide, which seems to differ wildly with what Mr. LBS said he heard on OLN:

Rabobank - 12.5m
Quick Step/Innergetic - 11.7m
Cofidis - 10m
Disco - 10m
Phonak - 10m
AG2R - 9.2m
Bouygues - 8.8m
CSC - 8.8m
Gerolsteiner - 8.7m

EDIT: Lowest budget appears to be Agritubel - 4.4m

Is this just the TdF budget or the entire race season and does that include the salaries/contracts of the riders?

Is CSC's budget figure leaving out Basso's contract? That one seems kind of low.

Whole year. It should include salaries.

no other info other than '2006 Budget'...

reckon it includes all salaries, expenses, costs, etc. (including salaries of ullrich, basso, et. al. as it was prepared/printed many weeks before the Tour)

had the same thought as USAZorro about the CSC budget - seems low...
