Just got the following from a fellow cyclist.
PM me if you want to ride along.

I ran across this two-girl band called the Ditty
Bops... I've never heard their music, but they're
touring America ON BIKES! in support of clear air and
suchlike. apparently people can ride with them if they
like, and the band is coming to Cleveland. perhaps the
club could accompany them for awhile when they pass
through?

check it out. their site is fun too.

Any interest in joining these two wacky, young gals? How about a ride with them out east
of Cleveland after their concert? Or a ride to the concert downtown and then back.

Here are the details on their trip into Cleveland:
08/18/06
CONFIRMED
Beachland Ballroom & Tavern Cleveland, OH

Hey lala.
A friend is moving from CLE to your town soon.
I'll PM the details when finalized.
She'll need someone to ride with.
Take care of her for me.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears that they began on the west coast and have already passed Colorado. Hmmm, perhaps they are making a return trip?

There is nothing new under the sun.

OMG- I don't care what their music sounds like, but I'll gladly bike 100+ miles from Boston to see them. Nobody loves me enough to get me a Bicycle Bikini calendar.

Actually the website shows 09/21, 09/23 as the Colorado dates.

The website has a bunch of their music on it!

My bad, Lala. I just read their blog and (herein lies the problem) assumed that since they had already passed Colorado, you would not be able to see them. I didn't actually look at their tour dates. So I guess they ARE making a return trip then. I can only hope that they come somewhere near central Indiana.

I was looking through Bicycling magazine at work last night and there is a little blurb and photo about their tour.
