Finally remembered to have my fiance (BSN) check my blood pressure and it was 116/62. Just 6 months ago it was 145/92 :eek: Resting heart rate went from somewhere in the 80's to 55 as well. I have been hitting the gym pretty hard trying to lose weight and was able to drop 60lbs since december and have put close 1100 miles on the bike since april :D
Sorry, I just felt like bragging a little bit :)

Good job! :) 55 RHR is great! Now wait until you see new veins pop up on your arms and legs. :)
They are already popping out :) Legs are very toned as well.
Now I just gotta get rid of about 10lbs in the mid section...

my RHR is 50 and has seen 48
Im not in elite shape by any means. 16 mph kinda guy.
