Lance coming out of retirement?

Does anyone else think Lance is looking at all this and thinking, "damn! number 8 would have been a piece of cake"?

The other day he was asked about how it feels to be about of Lycra at the Tour - meaning not racing in it - and he immediately took the opportunity, unnecessarily, to take the question literally and point out the he still is in Lycra every day... riding every day. It was very important to him to point this out... Why?

Who would be surprised if he were to announce he's coming out of retirement to ride in the 07 Tour? I wouldn't...

He's an extremely driven person so it wouldn't surprise me but I really don't think it'll happen.

I just dont see him exposing himself to the French authorities.

lance won't come back. he got out with 7 consecutive tour victories and 0 busts for doping. lance is in lycra evey day because he's training for the NY marathon in november.

Maybe after he wins the New York marathon 7 times, he'll come back for another 7 TdFs... Seriously, I doubt he'll come back, but who knows with that guy.
