In my case, as with many of the over 50 crowd, I am not as selvt as I once was. So I am 215 pounds on a 6' frame. I love bib shorts, but they are mostly cut for cylists who are 50 pounds or so less than I. So my question for all is can anyone recomend a more generous cut brand of bib shorts?

Thanks

Yes I Know ... I really have problems with the top more than the bottom?? PI has bibs that work for me. I'm 6'3" and around 250#s 52 chest

My 6'3" riding partner (230lbs) wears good old Performance bibs and likes them.

I just picked up some bibs from Performance on sale (the higher end Performance bibs) and they fit great. I know most of those young guys are out sporting six packs while I'm working on my keg.

I'm 5'10", 220 lbs, and Boure Pro bibs fit perfectly in a size large. Great liner as well.

5'11" and 210. I've got a pair of Nike bibs I really like and a pair of Cannondale bibs that I use a lot. The Nike brand are cut lower in the front which make nature calls a bit easier.

Performance Century Gel bib is good for bigger guys and the chamois is very comfortable, to boot. I'm 6'2" 240 lb. and the XL fits me well. You might fit into a L girth-wise, but you might be too tall. (IMHE bibs always feel too short when you try them on, but feel fine in riding position. The Century bib uses a heavier fabric so may feel "shorter" when you try it on.)

Performance has a sale on. The Century is $40 in the latest flyer, but that could be only for B&M stores. It's listed as $50 on sale on the web site.
