Looks like the mountian tops, sprint points and finish. Not sure about the X, but it might be the feed zone. Check and see what is at 97.5 kms into the stage.
Looks like a short hand version of the stage profile. Delta 1 = Cat 1 climb - then the km point to summit perhaps. And so on. S is most likely Sprint point. That second X looking thing is the only thing I can't decide what it is. Other than maybe feed zone.
edit: Keith99 - this is what I get for composing half of a response, going downstairs to the mall for a smoothie and coming back to submit. ;)

The X looks like the crossed knife and fork symbol used to designate the feed zone.

neat little cue sheet there.
I could tell you what that really means but I'd have to kill you. the camera that took it has already been destroyed. If a black helicopter lands outside your house tonight, I suggest you cooperate. :D

Feed zone is shown at 97.5 km on the stage map.

I do something similar when touring, or on a long ride in an area I'm not familiar with. I just tape it to the stem. Instead of taking out a map (which I often keep under the leg of my shorts on the side of my thigh) I can see how far to whatever town or turn or whatever. I hate missing turns or wrong turns on long rides. The ride is already long enough!
Yeah. I make up a little cue-card from the route map on some of my rides too. I tape it to the inside of my sunglasses though. Perhaps this is why I still end up missing the turns. :p
It's the coordinates for crop circles to be made by Alpha Centaurians after midnight tonight in a lonely French field.
Translated, it means "Nanny nanny boo boo"
