Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I live in Florida and am sick of tried of ride the same few trails that we have with no major climbs (obviously). Me and my buddys are planning a week trip. Georgia, South Carolina area wondering if anyone had a must ride trail suggestions. Thanks

Isaqueena in Clemson, SC is a really good one, lots of jumps and ways around them if you do xc like I do. Paris Mountain in Greenville is also good--some are pretty strenuous.
Bull Mountain - a IMBA epic ride (N. of Gainesville, GA)http://www.imba.com/epics/bull_mountain.html
Chicopee Woods- near gainesville Highly recommended

New trails above N. Augusta SC featured in a IMBA report

Would recommend these trails except for many downed trees from last Saturdays storm (Spartanburg, SC)
bull mountain, bull mountain, and bull mountain
where are you going to be in SC? If you are in the Columbia area I recommend Lynches Woods. Though I'll just say it probably isn't worth driving all the way up to SC just to ride at Lynches. Probably the Pisgah area is where you need to go!
and Pisgah is in NC, if you are going there also check out Dupont State Forest and the BEnt Creek area

what kind of riding do you want to do specifically? XC, DH, freeriding, jumping? if you let me know I'd be happy to give you a list of my favorites.
I like XC and DH. Im not the most experienced DH rider but i am fearless and dont mind getting hurt. lol We dont plan on going to any specific area probably jump around stay a few days hear and there. My uncle lives in Charlotte so it's possible we may go that far north if its worth going to NC. The focus of the trip is the trails so we will go where they are. thanks for your input so far guys
