Well today i just took my bike in to get my flat tires repaired (i'm lame i don't like changing the back tire myself) and i had never seen double thick innertubes, so i said it on the back tire and put regular ones up front. Any opinions on the value of double thick inner tubes or is it just a waste of money?
I have gone to putting a cheap tire in side the tires i cut off the bead and about 1/2 inch of the tire and insert it like a tire liner. this works well on my commuter.
