That reminds me of when I was a little bugger and I hit an open sewer cover. I was thrown and landed on my head.
Had to go to the hospital and get X-rays.Made me strip and wear a blue gown with little duckies on it
Hopefully they put the ties in the back so that your "little duckie" stayed warm. ;)

You know, from watching those, bicyclists don't need helmets, they need freaking face guards... how many face plants was that?

Heh, that's what I was thinking..."look at the n00b!"
I had a few nice roadbike endos as a teen....the bike was WAY too big...as in toptube was waist high, and the brakes were way, way, WAY, WAAAY too grabby....I ended up on a good many car trunks with that bike.

I've always ridden bikes that were too big for me. :p The lady at the bike shop the other day says, "There's NO way you can ride that bike! It's WAY too big for you!"
I said, "Really? I put 650 miles on it last month..."
My endo's as a kid were the result of either hitting something in the roadway (Or the curb!) or something going into the spokes of my front tire (Like a broom handle).... yeah, a broom handle will make a MESS of a front tire REALLY quick.
I love that slim jim commercial where the guy on the road bike goes off a poorly contructed jump and nose dives the mud. That is so amusing.
