Got up at 4:30 to watch the ITT live over oatmeal and orange juice. Pumped up the tires as Landis stood there on the podium between the two greatest riders to turn a crank. Met up with the group ride at 8, nice medium effort pace for a couple hours over roads that were still a little damp from last nights rain. 49 mph on the last descent. Big cappucino afterwards to celebrate the tour. This is the way it should be every third week in July.
